1. Shipping Policy

We deliver across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and other selected locations in India based on order quantity.

Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

Delivery time may vary between 2–5 working days, depending on location and transport availability.

For bulk orders (30kg / 50kg ), we use lorry transport or logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

Packaging will be done using PP bags or jute bags based on availability and customer requirement.

Tracking details will be shared where applicable.

Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.
2. Refund & Return Policy
