At Steamy Dhal, we are committed to delivering high-quality orid dhal and related products efficiently while ensuring customer satisfaction.

1. Shipping Policy

  • We deliver across Tamil Nadu, Kerala, and other selected locations in India based on order quantity.

  • Orders are usually dispatched within 1–2 working days after confirmation.

  • Delivery time may vary between 2–5 working days, depending on location and transport availability.

  • For bulk orders (30kg / 50kg ), we use lorry transport or logistics partners to ensure safe delivery.

  • Packaging will be done using PP bags or jute bags based on availability and customer requirement.

  • Tracking details will be shared where applicable.

  • Customers must provide accurate delivery details. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect information.

2. Refund & Return Policy

  • We ensure proper quality checks before dispatch.

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Damaged goods during transit

    • Wrong product delivered

  • Any issue must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

  • After verification, we will:

    • Replace the product OR

    • Provide a suitable refund/adjustment

  • ❌ We do not accept returns for:

    • Change of mind

    • Minor quality variations (natural product differences)
