1. About Us

• Steamy Dhal is a manufacturer of pulses and food products, including orid dhal (urad dal / ulundhu paruppu) and appalams.

• We cater exclusively to wholesale and bulk buyers.

• We do not sell retail or small quantity orders.

2. Products & Quality

• Our products are manufactured and processed with strict quality control.

• As these are natural agricultural products, minor variations in color, size, and texture may occur.

• Proper cleaning, grading, and packing are ensured before dispatch.

3. Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)

• Orders are accepted only for bulk quantities.

• Standard MOQ:

  • kg / 50kg and above (varies by product)

• Orders below MOQ will not be processed.

4. Pricing

• Prices are subject to market fluctuations.

• Final pricing will be confirmed at the time of order.

• Special pricing is available for high-volume and regular buyers.

5. Orders & Payment

• Orders can be placed via phone, email, or direct contact.

• Advance payment is required for new customers.

• Credit facility (if any) is provided only to approved regular buyers.

• Orders will be processed only after confirmation of payment terms.

6. Manufacturing & Dispatch

• Orders are processed based on production schedule and stock availability.

• Dispatch timelines will be shared at the time of order confirmation.

• Bulk orders may require additional processing time.

7. Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery is arranged via lorry transport or logistics partners depending on order size.

• Customers must provide accurate delivery details.

• We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party transport services.

8. Returns & Refunds

• Returns are accepted only in case of:

  • Damaged goods during transit

  • Wrong product supplied

• Issues must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with photo proof.

• After verification, we will provide:

  • Replacement OR

  • Adjustment/refund

• ❌ Returns not accepted for:

  • Change of mind

  • Minor natural variations

9. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for:

  • Improper storage after delivery

  • Delays beyond our control

• Liability is limited to the value of goods supplied.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of India.

• Jurisdiction: Virudhunagar, Tamil Nadu.
